Eugene S. Lysak, President and Executive Chairman
Mr. Lysak founded Impole (fka Marketing Decisions, Inc. - MDI) in the nascent years of business marketing. He led Impole as a CEO and Chairman until 2001. After 2001 until March 2017 he was responsible for long term business growth and strategy, adapting and developing new operational methodologies.
In March 2017 in addition to his prior duties he also assumed day to day operational responsibility.
Prior to founding Impole, Mr. Lysak worked in various Engineering, Product Marketing and Global Marketing positions with several leading UK and US Companies among them Racal Plc., Bell & Howell, and Nashua Corporation. At Nashua he built and managed Global Computer Peripherals OEM Product Marketing and Sales Group.
Mr. Lysak holds an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering from Northern Polytechnic (affiliate of London University).
He is a past member of The Conference Board's Council on Innovation. His hobbies include business readership, travel and following of all competitive sports. In his native Poland he was a national level Team Handball player. He resides in the Boston Area with his wife, Patricia. Their three grown children all work in marketing and consulting management positions.

Patricia R. Lysak, Chief Executive Officer Emeritus
Ms. Lysak joined Impole in 1988 and has held executive positions in all corporate areas becoming President and Chief Executive Officer in 2002.
In her career with Impole, Ms. Lysak has successfully managed long term client relationships and hundreds of programs designed to accelerate client revenues, among others, of such well-known companies as EMC, IBM and SAP.
Ms. Lysak's style is shirt-sleeve and she works very closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver the best possible results. In 2008, Ms. Lysak transformed Impole into a leading certified woman-owned business, which is consistently placed among top Massachusetts women led enterprises.
Prior to joining Impole, Ms. Lysak had a successful career with The Gillette Company and Avery Dennison holding a number of management positions with increasing responsibility in operational planning and new business development. Ms. Lysak is a graduate of Wells College in New York State and an MBA candidate at Babson College.
Pat is an avid sailor and skier. She resides in Boston Area with her husband, Eugene, and has successfully combined her business career with raising three children.
Enrico Domingo, Director of Market Intelligence and Business Development – IoT
Enrico Domingo rejoined Impole in October 2016 as Director of Market Intelligence and Business Development. In this role, Enrico is responsible for all marketing and business development activities and brings more than two decades of experience of new revenue development.
Prior to rejoining Impole Enrico worked in number of financial institution among them Citizens Bank and Santander North America in various new business development roles. Between 2005 and 2010 he was Marketing Information Developer in Impole’s Operations group working on various Information Technology programs.
Enrico received his MBA equivalent degree from ISIDA Business School, Italy. Enrico is trilingual in English, Italian and Spanish. He is an avid soccer fan and proud dad of two promising sons playing the sport.
Marco Bergstraesser, EMEA Market Intelligence & Development Consultant
Currently Marco resides Germany and provides consulting advice to Impole on IoT programs. In his previous role Marco was Manager of Market Intelligence & Development from June 2014 to July, 2015. He was responsible for international market research and analysis with focus on B2B business development for Impole’s global clients.
Prior to joining Impole Marco was an International Product Manager for a pharmaceutical division of Merck in Darmstadt and Electronic Media Consultant for Aegis Media in Wiesbaden, both in Germany.
He worked also as a Marketing Program- and Project Manager for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Marco graduated from University of Cooperative Education, Mannheim, Germany with the equivalent of a BA in Business Administration, and is bi-lingual in German and English.
